Most of the code in DekkCore is stolen/skidded off of other sources, mostly being UWoW legion.
The main developer is "Thordekk" notoriously known for starting up many of these kind of projects/servers just for a quick cash grab.
He also tries to join servers development team, probably to steal their source. Maybe he has changed who knows.

It takes yeeeaaaars to have a good and stable DF source in market. You barely can find a good SL or even MOP around. at least 5 years for a good one to appear. Thats why you still see wotlk and cata realms around! People rather downport the items and maps to wotlk and cata than running higher expansion.
