since we are all here on day one and finally need a new home after the Ac-Web disaster. I would like to

Wrath of the Lich King. Out of all expansion, I never get bored with WoTLk.

Whenever I progress on MoP or any expansion past Cata, there's like this point of being "stuck" til next patch whenever its a progressive server.

I've never had that issue with preCata servers, I always had something to do on WoTLK & Vanilla servers.

Plus everything after WoTLK didn't have good lore. Cata felt like a standalone story, MoP was just a story that had minor connection to Cata and everything after that was blew.

From Vanilla to WoTLK felt like it came full circle, like most of the main storylines were completel.

My personal favorite is WOTLK personally. The dynamic of the game changed for myself & several of my friends from TBC to WOTLK. The expansion its self & the balancing that it brought made all of us enjoy the game substantially more. The Death Knight as well was fantastic to play. I had a blast with it. Wrath was literally the height of WoW. With all of the game play that i did through the Original RTS Warcraft games, the Lich King was the biggest badass of all azeroth. You finally got to fight him directly! I mean the community its self felt different in WOTLK vs TBC & i always ended up finding some really cool people along the way. Idk, the game was a fantastic escape for me & several close friends from reality & i never regretted the thousands of hours i put into it .

Wrath of the Lich King, when I was younger, as that was the expansion I got into when I was younger, one of my friends told me he could get me wow for free, and I desperately wanted to try WoW my first time, it was on ITRWoW (LOL).

Why I liked it so much is there were so many players it felt Blizz-Like (I've never played retail at that time, so I wouldn't actually know ofc there were bugs and such), I loved the community feeling you got with it, everyone of TeamSpeak 3, Raiding, or doing some dungs, it was so sick back in the day; eventually, the owner took off with all the money he got from the server, and my friend group decided to open their own server D3VPR0J3CT, it peaked to about 30 players, but what was cool about it, was that was still more than enough people to prog!
Eventually, I got into emulation shortly after, and have had TC on all of my computers since!

Nowadays I full-heartedly think Dragonflight is a good expansion, now the start of it was a horrible flop, as no one could even play on launch day, and 2-3 days after you could play but everything took 2-3 mins to do. So far the story is good the way everything works now is good, it's like they took everything good about the previous expansions and threw it into one game (minus wod(except for the PVP armor system))

Vanilla WoW will always hold a special place in my heart, and the Launch of TBC was such an EPIC event.
Stepping through that portal and seeing a brand new world to explore was mind blowing at the time.

Wrath still does it for me, even tho its a old expasion.
