Python is the way. I'm a big fan of Django.

My least favorite is PHP. Sorry, not sorry. Laravel is pretty cool though.

I use Laravel for a lot of web projects, even if it isn't required. :pepeJAM:

But all my projects are stuff for me alone, it just helps speed up the process for sure.

Frameworks are the way to go. Someone else has figured everything else out. No need to reinvent the wheel with every new project. No doubt.

So, we obviously have a lot of people who deal with C++, LUA and SQL here (Yes, we'll even include you database nerds in this one).

But what is your preferred language to work with? Do you like the prototype-ability of Python? The speed and performance of Rust? How about the new minimal API's in C#? Maybe you think that Javascript is actually good (weirdo)..! Maybe you make Golang go Brrrr....

Tell me yours.
Lua ftw, not LUA, not lUa, not LUa, not luA, it's Lua

Python is great been using it for the past few months and the ability to quickly roll out scripts to automate stuff like sql queries for example I used it to create and populate 661 vendors the other so i could visual see all my retroported items ingame. Django is also a very cool framework I will be using here on out for my web projects. But Flask is also amazing for smaller web projects where you only need to do simple stuff on the backend. Highly reccomend if you do server stuff learn python you can def save yourself time using it.

I'll do a fast prototype of the concept in Python and if it works out nicely, then i'll shoot myself in the foot and code it in COBOL.
