Resolved Vps problem

So i bought contabo vps and i am trying to open ports 3036, 8085, 80 for server with firewall rule but ports keep staying closed maybe know what could be problem?

Just to confirm, this vps is running windows server 2016?

If you are sure you opened the ports correctly through the firewall and you are still unable to connect to your server via your vps IP then I would check your database and server files to make sure those ports are what you have written down. If everything checks out then I would disable your firewall completely and test to see if you can connect to your server. However, if you are unable to still connect to your server and the firewall is disabled and your ports are correct on your auth/world server then I suggest you contact contabo to see if they have those ports blocked
