Hey, you need to manually edit the core, the patch file if you open it you will see green line means "add" and red line means "remove"

Basically the patch guides you which file and where to do these.

You need mysis git extensions installed

Thanks, i'll try it out, btw for a long time i've been looking into way to cap my haste, i hope this works for me hehe

Well i appreciate the credits at least however this version does have a few issues mainly with channeling spells and my newer version fixes that issue and adds the haste cap directly to the world config no need for the application any longer. But this version does function as a haste cap so /shrug.
