[TrinityCore][CSV/DBC]CharacterStartOutfit Creator Tool - This tool includes DBCUtil for CSV / DBC conversion.

This tool is free to use and was made by JadaDev.

Requirements :
DBCUtil to convert CSV to DBC.

What this tool does :
Creates All type of CharacterStartOutfit Information such as Classes / Races / Genders etc...
Information
Make sure that the ID is always higher than what you have if you're going to add new lines to your existing files.
You make sure to check the auto increasement box next to the ID.

Thanks, I was in need for it too so instead of just doing the CharacterStartOutfit in x time instead I made this tool I also could later do it easily.
