Is there a way to encourage people leave a rating after downloading a resource?

Would be nice if people leave a rating and a feedback after downloading, rewarding them credits would be nice, idk if you can add like a info box before downloading by mentioning that so they return back and leave a feedback + rating.

Credits are currently awarded when a rating is received. (2 credits per star rated, with a minimum of 3 stars, so that low quality resources do not grant credits).

I will add a credit award for users who rate a resource aswell to help encourage users to do it.
