So basicly rep system like the one epicnpc uses. I find it more user friendly there is also for thread for which is given rep, also it will prevent spamming reps. Since it will be more used for serious matters. If someone knows what i am talking, can maybe describe that one better :)

Not sure what it looks like, but better utility is always something we should look forward to.
Care to upload images just as a demonstration?

Personally, I think "likes" should over ride reputation for general forum use, while reputation can be handled for business transactions.

I'll add photos once i reach pc, or when i get time on my phone
Basicly some sections are allowed to give reputation, so for example marketplace, and thread posts have like button where u can submit reputation, then u fill how many stars tittle and description, aswell it adds link where trade happened, reputation cannot be multiplied in way u dont get score unless its not new trade ongoing with new user.

Or that. The current rep system is a bit complicated to use to be fair, lol

Its kind of complicated to find it, however the way it works its not functional for what we need

You can leave a feedback/reputation point whatsoever either by clicking on the rep count in your postbit, or by clicking "Rate this User" on a user's profile.

You can also catch up with recent given reputation in the specific user's reputation log.

Mind sharing some pictures, how it's implemented in the named forums above please.

At least for the current system, adding a button on the bottom of a post next to the like would at least make it a bit more obvious on how to +/- rep in relation to a specific post or thread. Clicking on the rep in the postbit isn't entirely obvious and I'd assume most people would react to a post and leave it at that.

Not sure if the goal of this rep system was to be something mostly used in regard to marketplace transactions or more like what we had on AC with it being a reactionary thing directly related to content you were posting. Current system feels kind of odd in either case as if it was meant for marketplace feedback being able to freely give it I'd argue reduces the effectiveness of it and likes handles the reactionary function

That is the intention, and is why Reputation has no weight to gaining credits, nor ranking up (for standard ranks, Member -> Veteran) which is handled by likes.

"Rep" is to indicate how reputable the user is, so that people looking to purchase services or hire them have a better indication of them!
