The encryption is read from the emulator file ?

So you don't have to do anything yourself, except select the right emulator

As I know there is 2 versions on FusionGen ( SRP6 & SPH ) was it merged ?

Yes, we don't need 2 versions
That would be too much work to keep both on the same level
