Hey WE Community & Staff,
my last suggestion for today. "Donation Awards". I know this might not be suitable for the early stages of the forum and
cause more like a "cashgrab" feeling in the beginning but in case you open up a method to donate to the forum without a reward.
You could give out Awards for it. For example a Award called "100$ Donator" or "1000$ Donator" etc. As Icons a Coin Stack or
something.
Some people really like collecting awards (like me) and even get a "slight return" for it. Additionally to this, make it so you can
get the award multiple times, if you donate multiple times.
You could add different icons for the different Donate amount. For example:
10$ - Bronze Bar
100$ - Silver Bar
1000$ - Diamond
(Amounts are just examples ofc)
Hosting a Forum and all its content can get costly later down the road. Especially if you really have a lot of members in the future.
This way you can obtain more donations, if a member already has the highest Forum rank or just want to support the development
of the forum.
I know this might be a controversial topic but I personally like these kinds of "social" systems.
