C++ section in Resources

As the title states, please bring back the C++ section in the resources space, I'd like to share some scripts and would like to see more shared as well.

I Actually put the scripts under Others, so if this happened please move them!

I don't know about the sections, but flairs can be used effectively different category doesn't provide any additional value.

Add Eluna section too. Its a quite major section and scripts should have their own space instead of Others
