Normally I don't pay attention to these comments, but since I consider myself a sincere person, I'm going to put a minute of my time in answering you.
Why is two thirds of the text of blizzcms v1 if according to you blizzcms is no longer being developed?
This is really easy to answer, BlizzCMS v1 was developed years ago, we are talking about February 2019 at that time the supported version was not yet 7.4 but 7.3, during that time the CMS has been fixed and adapted to those versions .
A: Why are there more modules?
Simple, before starting with BlizzCMS Plus this was BlizzCMS and all the modules and structure were ported and improved in the Plus version, now we are talking about 6 years of development.
A: Blizzcms is no longer being developed?
The Plus version has already entered maintenance mode, only patches will be applied that allow it to function correctly until 2.0.0 comes out of beta.

Having said this, I understand that to contradict myself is that I have had to say something and then say something else.

And PHP7 is requested as a minimum because it is the latest version with which we work. In fact, support for PHP version 8 was made official on Oct 22, 2022

This is explained, the CMS v2 is in beta, all the official modules will be distributed progressively. Why are they not created? Easy, we haven't ported all those modules because many of them were making use of old functions.
