Does anyone know any addon guide for WoLK 3.3.5 I can use to learn how made an addon and also learn how I can edit wow interface, for example: Change the appereance of current window of talent tree.

wow addons are made with lua coding language
as for changing of making new interfaces in the client you need rochet AIO system in your core to be able to do that

That's not true. You only need AIO when you want to send the addon code from serverside (e.g. if you don't want that the player needs to have an addon besides the AIO addon).
Usually this is circumvented with a custom launcher or a custom patch though.

That doesn't have anything to do with AIO or not. You can add the user interface (and even force it to be activated like Blizzards UIs) as a normal addon and still communicate with the server and do all checks there. That's how e.g. Hours of Twilight is doing it. The bonus of that is that you don't need to have Eluna on the serverside which is good for performance reasons.
