Upon your adventures, I see you have become a master code-smith, or maybe a journeyman painter with those new 'digital' paintbrushes. We are launching a new opportunity to line your pockets with gold coins, with a new way to sell your goods and services.
Currently, WoWEmu is home to many resources, all freely shared from the community. We also house a small marketplace, where users can sell services or more premium products. We would like to introduce to you a new way, for you to sell your products and services via the Resource Marketplace.
This update to the resource section will allow sellers to put whatever price they like on their premium resources. Anyone is free to purchase these resources, with transactions being facilitated by WoWEmu. You also have loads of options for the resources that you share, such as:
Payment is acted on quickly and securely using PayPal, which helps to guarantee both the Buyers and Sellers protection, and keeps your data safe. We never see your personal information, and all information about these purchases are stored using the latest encryption techniques.

Some of you may find you will have access to a new Dashboard on your profile, also available through the resources section.
This will allow you to control licences, manage payment information and view sales statistics about your products. It will also allow you to set the very important terms and conditions of your sale. In the seller guidelines which we will be sharing at a later point, we will be requesting that each seller provides the Terms and Conditions to their sale on each product that they are looking to sell (you can use the default setting in your profile, or apply it on posting of each resource you're looking to sell).

Q. How do I sell stuff on WoWEmu?
A. To sell something on WoWEmu using the new system, you will need to have a verified badge. Applications to receive a verified badge will be opening shortly after we launch. (Those of you who were around when we launched the website will remember the verified badge, this is its long-awaited return in its new form).
Q. How do I get a verified Badge?
A. Verification badge will be through application only, during your application you will be asked to provide some details about yourself and the products you are looking to sell. This may include examples of previous work, testimonials from previous clients, and proof of sale of resources on our/other sites. Those applying for a verification badge should be contactable, and we may need to also contact previous clients as part of the verification process.
Q. Is there a fee for selling with WoWEmu?
A. Currently, there is a 15% fee on a transaction for selling on WoWEmu, this is taken at checkout from the balance being sent to the seller. The buyer pays no extra fees.
Q. Can I get paid using another payment provider other than PayPal?
A. Currently, no. Given the system that we use, PayPal is currently the only system we can provide for handling transactions, this is due to their unique Parallel Payment Processing system. In certain unique situations, alternative arrangements may be applied, where WoWEmu will handle receiving of payments for you and pay out in alternative payment methods - but will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and may incur larger fees than using the standard payment system.
Q. What does WoWEmu do with the fees collected?
A. Fees collected go towards the hosting and developing of the site. This includes commissioning new systems, updating systems and funding giveaways within the community.
