GMs: what addons/tools do you use to handle tickets and assist players?

I've been away from the emulation scene for a while, and I'm curious to know how things have changed when it comes to handling support tickets. Back in the day, addons like GM Genie and GM Helper were quite popular for managing tickets and assisting GMs in their tasks.

Over 10 years have passed and I'm wondering what tools GMs use these days. I'd love to hear what tools you use these days. Are these old addons still used? Do servers use their own in-house developed addons? Or maybe a web UI... or Discord?

si aun se usan bastante en cuanto al sistema de wow como tal es casi el mismo desde el inicio asi que es lo mismo solo se han adtualizado un par de comandos pero de lo demas es lo mismo
en cuanto a las herramientas que mencionas si se siguen usando bastante

for gm I usually use 3 addons
1gm genius
2gm helper
3 trinity admin
which are basically for only game master
