I've been away from the emulation scene for a while, and I'm curious to know how things have changed when it comes to handling support tickets. Back in the day, addons like GM Genie and GM Helper were quite popular for managing tickets and assisting GMs in their tasks.
Over 10 years have passed and I'm wondering what tools GMs use these days. I'd love to hear what tools you use these days. Are these old addons still used? Do servers use their own in-house developed addons? Or maybe a web UI... or Discord?
