thank you my friends the client and launcher was refreshed
because the opcodes were weird so i replaced the the launcher with a fresh signed one from arctium and the client is unused except for the one i tested
after it was archived. replacing client link. once the launcher connects
and figures things out it will work. 48999 is not as stable as 48676

client 48999 discontinued however the core & db's can be updated
and with a mod to the authserver.sql it can run the stable client
48676 and make new chars with the correct info.
