Resolved WoW 3.3.5a Runic Power and Energy Statistic on Items

I remember in the past I was able to add Runic Power and Energy as a stat on items and have the item increase these statistics, but looking at the current TrinityCore source I can't seem to find them. I was wondering if I'm looking in the wrong spot or if somehow these stats are just no longer supported for some reason.

try adding energy and runic power as spells on the gear, look for dk and druids talents that increase this stat and create a new spell based on it
this require some dbc patching to see the effect text
