Started working on making a tool to make it easier to create items for the Master Branch and I finally have one that I'm happy enough with. To keep it simple i made a tool for each query needed for making custom/blizzlike items on the latest branch. The item and item_sparse tools each have a search function so that if you dont want to make a completely custom item from scratch you can type in an existing items id and it will auto generate the needed entries. hex to decimal

Made another tool for the pack that allows you to type in any hotfix database table name and it will automatically give you the decimal value for your needed entry since all custom additions into the hotfix requires a hotfix_data entry this will make the process alot easier then having to use multiple websites to do the same thing

Updated to read from newest csv files from wago.tools to stay current. Also added a spell tool, and spell effects tool into the mix. Will be adding more as i go. As always lmk if theres any issues.
