Rep system

Since we have two different systems which are designed to do the same thing, care if I ask what the likes stand for and what the reputation stands for?

Current system feels kind of odd in either case as if it was meant for marketplace feedback being able to freely give it I'd argue reduces the effectiveness of it and likes handles the reactionary function

It could be looked at making the rep system moderated, and proof of work would need to be provided to provide a review (reputation)
