We are pleased to inform you that our mail server has been successfully restored after addressing the issue that had prompted us to temporarily disable it in March. As a result, users who have encountered difficulty in accessing their accounts due to forgotten passwords can now utilize the account recovery process seamlessly.

Furthermore, we are delighted to inform you that those who had previously enabled Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) can once again benefit from this additional layer of security for their accounts. For those who have not yet activated 2FA, we encourage you to do so by accessing your Account Settings and navigating to the Account Security tab. By implementing this feature, you not only bolster the protection of your account, but you also become eligible to claim a special award as a token of our appreciation.

Should any user encounter challenges in accessing their E-Mail or authenticator, we kindly request that you reach out to us by creating a Ticket onsite, and our staff team will be eager to assist you promptly.

It could've been fixed from the moment the server was shutdown. We just didn't resolved the issue due to a security risk, but since we have new server now, this shouldn't be a "huge" problem anymore, at least for now.
