Loud21's Better Reload (Item & Creature) - Loud21's Better Reloading System

This was not created by me. I merely updated it a few years ago, and it seems to still be in tact. Notify me if it isn't and I'll adjust it.
Original copyrights (left untouched) are in the cpp file itself.

I've found this in my Pastebin, feel free to use it as you see fit.
It requires you to know how to add a custom command.

The needed commands are:
- reload_better_reload
- reload_item_template
- reload_full_creature_template
