Notes:
The "Female Guard" is using a Bow by default as Crossbows did not exist in the Interlude Chronicle, therefore her animations don't line up correctly. If you have added Crossbows to your server, you can edit the npc xml and replace the bow with a crossbow which will match the animations.

Because you removed the weapons from their XML.
