Yes, it's been a long time since you heard from us. However, we have exciting news to share with you. If you are a former member of ac-web with a specific rank, for example SPU or PU, you are now able to claim it back - If the rank ownership was proven. Now the question is, how do you proof your rank?

There are several ways to do so.

• Go to https://web.archive.org/ and search for ac-web.org and browse if you find your old account on a thread or direct profile link, screenshot the post/profile.
• If you still have old emails from ac-web, where your account name is seen, then make a screenshot of the email.
• Please provide both screenshots in the rank request.

Ranks which are able to claim

• Power User
• Super Power User
• Legend

If you are have everything what we're asking for, please head over to the Ticket Center and open a claim request.
