Add "Designs" or "Graphics" in the Resource Category

Hey WE Team,

another suggestion. I would personally also add a "Graphics" section to the Resources. But not below the single Emu Versions but
as a seperate category like you have 3.3.5a, 1.12.1, 2.4.3 etc. This way Graphic Editors and co can also upload their stuff there.

€dit: If you do so, potential sub categorys could be: Website Designs, Thread Designs, Banner Designs, Logo Designs, Launcher Designs, General Designs etc.
