Script: RESET TALENTS ON USE OF ITEM
PATCH: 4.0.6/4.3.4 TESTED, Should work on previous ones.

Here's a script which i've used on my previous project, which seemed to be very useful for when players are not near an npc to change their talents, you add the scriptname to the item ingame and people can use it anywhere to change their talents, this was used&tested on 4.0.6/4.3.4, but should work on previous patches too.
