This is a Converter Application that converts PNG to BLP allowing it to be used in/around the WoW Game Client.
How to use :
1.) Download the tool
2.) Extract to wherever you want
3.) Drag your file onto whatever field to convert it over
(Ideally, you'd like to use BLP -> PNG | PNG -> BLP).
